Rixven is incorporated

Rixven Inc. was incorporated in Wyoming on 14 April 2026.

The company exists to answer two questions on two very different timescales.

The long one: does the transformer have to be the shape of every model we build? We think it does not, and Sponor is our attempt to show it. That work will take years and may not arrive anywhere. We will publish it either way.

The short one: developers now spend more of the week reading machine-written code than writing their own. Nobody has built a model whose only job is to read that code carefully. Kerven Vega 1 is ours.

Two founders. One is thirteen and writes the code. The other is his father and runs the company.
